Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of supporting my partner as he learned how to make proper Italian pizza (mainly by eating it – wink wink). His passion has grown into Italian Secret, a pizza kit business that brings authentic Italian pizza into people’s homes.
Now, we’re bringing yoga and pizza together for a relaxed, joyful afternoon in London.
Join Yoga with Gandha and Italian Secret (aka myself and my partner, Mattia) on Saturday 7th February for Yoga & Pizza.
What to Expect
We’ll start with a grounding, all-levels yoga class, designed to help you move, breathe, and land fully in your body.
After yoga, the fun begins.
You’ll receive your own Italian Secret pizza kit, featuring a stone-baked, pre-cooked pizza base, made in a professional oven and sealed to lock in flavour. You’ll choose your toppings in advance, then on the day you’ll build your own pizza, which will be finished in our portable, professional stone pizza oven.
No experience needed — just curiosity, appetite, and a willingness to play.
Expect good food, relaxed conversation, and plenty of time to enjoy what you’ve created.

Good to Know
The yoga class welcomes all levels, including those newer to the practice.
You’ll be able to choose your pizza base (classic or gluten-free) and toppings via www.italiansecret.co.uk.
We’ll ask for your pizza selection in advance so everything is ready on the day.
Everyone will make their own pizza during the event.
