In Person Classes

I love teaching carefully sequenced yoga flows, that work on building strength and stability in the body in a logical, smart, unrushed way.

I also teach gentle yoga and yoga nidra which is a form of deep relaxation.

The Friday 6pm class at Dorset Wharf will be suspended from the 29th December to the 26th January included and will then resume on 2nd February. 

The Saturday 9am class will be suspended from 13th to 27th January included and will then resume on 3rd February. 

Dorset Wharf Community Hall bookings: 

  • Class trial: £5
  • Pack of 5 classes for £50 (valid 10 weeks)
  • Casual drop in: £15
