A new 10 week yoga course starts on Tuesday 27th June 2023: Root to Rise.
In this course we will focus on highlighting the contact with the ground to find lightness in postures while building strength.
The sequences will flow unrushed, to give you the opportunity to concentrate on tuning into your inner power. You will discover how engaging your body in new ways can improve your balance and cultivate inner presence, clarity and focus.
As always, the classes will offer harmonious balance: the more invigorating physical work will be counterbalanced with a soothing end to the flow, leaving you feeling restored and energised.
Join me for weekly 60 minutes vinyasa yoga classes starting Tuesday 27th June 2023, for 10 weeks.
Take part in the live classes on Zoom every Tuesday 7pm London time or practise at a convenient time with the recordings.
After each class I will email the recording to everyone who signed up for the course, so you can take the class as many times as you like*. We learn by repetition and while each class will have similar poses and flows, no class will be exactly the same, so the chance of repeating it with the recording can help you grow and refine your practise.
*Class recordings for this course will be available for replay until the next course starts on the 19th September 2023.
Some participants choose to join me live on Zoom each week, while others prefer to complete the entire course in their own time with the recording, which offers great flexibility. And others again will do a bit of both, depending on their schedule. Regardless of the approach you choose, the key to success is to make time for it in your calendar. Whether you set a weekly appointment (live or recorded), or fit it around a changing schedule, it’s important to commit to the course for the 10 weeks. By doing so, you’re not only taking care of yourself, but also benefitting those around you with a more balanced body and mind.
The fee for the course is £95.

I have been practising yoga with Gandha for close to ten years (practicing with her during two pregnancies) and in that time no other teacher has come close to the quality and joy of a class with Gandha.
Somehow she manages to make every class a challenge, whilst also being incredibly peaceful, grounding and restoring. You come out of Gandha’s classes feeling like you’ve worked your body, yet also with the sense of calm that follows a deep meditation.
Gandha’s teaching is so authentic and faithful to the heart of yoga practice whilst also being innovative and unique. I cannot recommend Gandha more highly. I will return to her classes again and again for many decades to come!

Since I’ve been practising Yoga with Gandha I feel different. I feel lighter, have more energy, am more flexible as well as being mentally stronger and more patient. One hour with Gandha makes me feel great. I’m slightly obsessed with her classes as the benefits really are huge.
The flow is always well thought through, and she always provides options to her students dependent on ability/injury/preference
Gandha is encouraging, talented and inspiring. Whether you take her classes in a studio setting or on zoom, her ability to communicate the movements so precisely is incredible. This is literally a class you can do with your eyes shut.
She’s really amazing and I will always be part of her following!

Thank you very much for such a peaceful yet at times challenging sessions. As soon as I finish one session, I look forward to the next one, and also want to go back to the earlier ones, over and over again. Learning new moves, correcting the wrongly done ones with your very clear and friendly explanations. What a treat!! Really looking forward to our next set of sessions.
Thank you
