Present-Grounded-Peaceful 10 week course

A 10 week yoga course to counter sedentary lifestyle and balance the nervous system. Move your body and cultivate presence and focus of the mind. Flow mindfully, feel grounded and peaceful. 

Join me for 10 weeks of weekly 60 minutes vinyasa yoga classes starting from the 19th January 2023.

Take part in the live classes on Zoom every Thursday 7pm London time or practise at a convenient time with the recordings. 

After each class I will email the recording to everyone who signed up for the course, so you can take the class as many times as you like for one week. We learn by repetition and while each class will have similar poses and flows, no class will be exactly the same, so the chance of repeating it with the recording can help you grow and refine your practise. 

We will build week on week, so it’s recommended that you complete all 10 classes.

The fee for the course is £95.
