10 week Vinyasa Yoga Course Starting 13th January 2026

Move with more ease, balance, and strength by training not just your body — but your brain and nervous system too.

In this unique 10-week Vinyasa course, we explore how the latest findings in movement science and yoga neuroscience can transform the way you practise.

Inspired by the work of modern neuro-motor training, each session weaves together mindful flow with targeted drills designed to activate the brain, refine movement pathways, and help your body feel more responsive, stable, and free.

Across the course, we’ll work with key systems — including the visual system, vestibular system, and peripheral nerves — to enhance coordination, balance, flexibility and strength from the inside out. 

This course is for you if you want to:

  • Reduce tension through nerve-release techniques
  • Learn how the brain influences your yoga practice

  • A dynamic Vinyasa practice
  • Targeted neuro-drills 
  • Progressive sequencing that builds week by week
  • Optional take-home drills to deepen your learning

By the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more mobile and more balanced and you’ll also understand how to support your body with simple, effective brain-based tools.

Running from 13th January to 17th March 2026, this online course offers live one-hour classes on Tuesday at 7 PM London time on Zoom.

Can’t make the live session? Each class recording will be available until early April 2026, so you can revisit and practise in your own time.
