A 10-week online yoga & mobility journey
Do you ever feel stiff, stuck, or restricted in your body—like you can’t quite move the way you want to?
This 10-week course is an invitation to create space: to move more freely, build strength, and feel more at home in your body.
This isn’t just about stretching or going deeper into poses. It’s about improving how your body moves and functions—so the space you create is actually usable.
Through a blend of yoga, mobility work, and simple practices, you’ll explore how to move with more ease, strength, and confidence.
We often focus on flexibility—stretching muscles to go further.
But true freedom of movement comes from mobility: the ability to actively control and support your body through that range.
In this course, we’ll explore both—creating space and learning how to move within it with strength and confidence.
We’ll also include controlled mobility exercises (such as CARs—Controlled Articular Rotations) to support joint health, strength, and resilience.
This course works on multiple levels:
Physical
Refine your strength and mobility, and explore how to access and support a fuller range of motion.
Nervous System
Create the conditions for your body to feel safe enough to expand—because greater range comes from a system that trusts the movement.
Mental & Emotional
Move away from feeling stuck or restricted, and towards a greater sense of possibility and ease.
Seasonal
Inspired by spring—a time to emerge, expand, and gently reclaim space in both body and mind.
Over the 10 weeks, we’ll explore the body step by step:
- Weeks 1–2: Foundations & awareness – Feet and Ankles
- Weeks 3–4: Hips – freedom & support
- Weeks 5–6: Spine – fluidity & connection
- Weeks 7–8: Shoulders – openness & stability
- Weeks 9–10: Integration – bringing it all together
Each phase builds progressively—helping you “unlock” your body in a way that feels sustainable and supported.

Join live on Zoom or practise with the recording. All classes will be available until end of June 2026.
Note: Some classes will be pre-recorded only.
You will automatically receive the Zoom Link when signing up for the course – This is for live sessions only. The recording is sent every Tuesday shortly after class to everyone who signed up for the course.
During the course I will support you and be available to help with any questions or modifications you may have/need either on Zoom before/after class or via email/WhatsApp.
