Since I’ve been practising with Yoga with Gandha I feel different. I feel lighter, have more energy, am more flexible as well as being mentally stronger and more patient. One hour with Gandha makes me feel great. I’m slightly obsessed with her classes as the benefits really are huge.
The flow is always well thought through, and she always provides options to her students dependent on ability/injury/preference.
Gandha is encouraging, talented and inspiring. Whether you take her classes in a studio setting or on zoom, her ability to communicate the movements so precisely is incredible. This is literally a class you can do with your eyes shut.
