I’ve previously had a love/hate relationship with yoga mostly because I am one of those people who is neither meditative nor flexible. I don’t feel this way with Gandha’s sessions: her [read more=”Read More” less=”Read Less”] classes are challenging enough for you to feel it the next morning and know you accomplished something new with your body, but also a good way to relax and treat yourself. She takes her time with you, making sure you are in the right position so as not to hurt yourself, and encouraging you to continuously push yourself. At the same time, I’ve always felt comfortable enough with her to inch out of my own little box and try something new (still trying to lift my leg in that wheel pose!) – so thank you Gandha![/read]
