Happy Hips 

A 10 week yoga course to make your hips happy.

Join me for a weekly 60 minutes vinyasa yoga class to stretch and strengthen your hips. 

Thursdays at 7pm UK time from the 18th August 2022

Take part in the live* 60 minute classes on Zoom or practise at a convenient time with the recordings. 

After each class I will email the recording to everyone who signed up for the course, so you can take the class as many times as you like for one week. We learn by repetition and while each class will have similar poses and flows, no class will be exactly the same, so the chance of repeating it with the recording can help you grow and refine your practise. 

We will build week on week, so it’s recommended that you complete all 10 classes.

The fee for the course is £95.
