Full Mind-Body Balance

A new 10 week yoga course starts on Thursday 6th April 2023: Full Mind-Body Balance.

From muscle tightness to everyday stressors, working on mind-body balance is a practice everyone can benefit from. 

In this course we will focus on simple and fluid sequences to open and balance your body and mind. 

Through thoughtful movement we will emphasise the body-breath connection to feel harmonised and balanced, on and off the mat. 

Join me for 10 weeks of weekly 60 minutes vinyasa yoga classes starting from the 6th April 2023.

Take part in the live classes on Zoom every Thursday 7pm London time or practise at a convenient time with the recordings. 

After each class I will email the recording to everyone who signed up for the course, so you can take the class as many times as you like for one week. We learn by repetition and while each class will have similar poses and flows, no class will be exactly the same, so the chance of repeating it with the recording can help you grow and refine your practise. 

Some participants choose to join me live on Zoom each week, while others prefer to complete the entire course in their own time with the recording, which offers great flexibility. And others again will do a bit of both, depending on their weekly schedule. Regardless of the approach you choose, the key to success is to prioritise the course and make time for it in your calendar. Whether you set a weekly appointment (live or recorded), or fit it around a changing schedule, it’s important to commit to the course for the 10 weeks. By doing so, you’re not only taking care of yourself, but also benefitting those around you with a more balanced body and mind.
