Core and chill 

A 10 week yoga course to explore the power of your core, stretch and relax.

The first half of each class will be dynamic and flowing, the second half more gentle and restorative.

Thursdays at 7pm UK time from the 26th May 2022

Take part in the live* 60 minute classes on Zoom or practise at a convenient time with the recordings. 

After each class I will email the recording to everyone who signed up for the course, so you can take the class as many times as you like for one week. We learn by repetition and while each class will have similar poses and flows, no class will be exactly the same, so the chance of repeating it with the recording can help you grow and refine your practise. 

We will build week on week, so it’s recommended that you complete all 10 classes.

The fee for the course is £95.

*Due to my availability, 2 out of 10 classes will be pre-recorded and will air at the usual time via YouTube (only visible to those signed up for the course). The other 8 classes will be live on Zoom.
