We have teamed up with teachers all around the world to offer you 24 hours of yoga in LIVE STREAM on YouTube.
Each teacher on this YogaThlon has something unique to offer.
There is a style to suit everybody: relax with Yin yoga, sweat with Rocket, discover Jivamukti yoga, find peace with Sivananda yoga, flow with Vinyasa classes, chill with a Slow Flow… and more!
Most classes will be in English, but we also have teachers teaching in Spanish, Italian and French!
Our intention by coming together as teachers all around the world is to bring yoga into your homes and hearts and raise money for charity, helping the world fight Covid-19.

Choose the class or classes you are going to take from the timetable below and be online at the time your chosen class takes place.
Leave a donation to support our cause. Whatever you can spare is welcome! No donations are too small, so wether you donate £1 or £100, we really appreciate your support! We would love to reach our goal of £2400, help us get there by telling your friends about it!
Share it on social media or call your friends and invite them to join in. Sharing a class with your friends, even when physically a part, is a way to make you feel closer and more connected. It works, we have tried it!
Where does your money go?
We have chosen to support WHO. The World Health Organisation estimates a requirement of US$ 1.7 billion to respond to COVID-19 until December 2020. Donations will be used to implement priority public health measures in support of countries to prepare and respond to coronavirus outbreaks, helping patients get the care they need and frontline workers get essential supplies and information.
You can donate from now to the 14th June 2020 at 23.59 BST.
100% of the money you donate will be sent to WHO on the 20th June 2020 (To allow transaction processing time).
We will update this page showing the donation transaction on the day the money is sent.
We set a target of £2400 (£100 per live-streamed class)
